What we collect when you enquire, why we collect it, and the choices you have over your information.
This policy explains what Jets For Kings collects when you use jetsforkings.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Published 12 January 2026. Last updated 4 May 2026.
Jets For Kings is an independent informational resource. We are not a charter operator or broker. When you send an enquiry, we prepare an indicative quotation and route your request to vetted charter partners who can serve it.
When you complete the quote form or the contact form we receive the details you enter. These are typically your name, your email address, the cities you wish to fly from and to, your departure date, the number of passengers, and any notes you add.
When you subscribe to The Flight Deck, our newsletter, we receive your email address. We do not ask for more than we need to answer your enquiry.
Our forms are delivered through Formspree, a third party form service that passes your submission to us by email. Formspree processes the data only to deliver your message. Your submission posts to a single endpoint and nowhere else.
Standard request data, such as your internet address and browser type, may be logged by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which serves those font files.
We use your enquiry to prepare an indicative quotation and to connect you with vetted charter partners so they can quote on your route. We may receive a fee when an enquiry leads to a booking. We use your newsletter address only to send The Flight Deck.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising profiles. We share your enquiry only with the charter partners needed to answer it.
We do not run advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser session storage to remember that you have already seen the newsletter prompt, so it does not repeat during a visit. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.
For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can unsubscribe from The Flight Deck at any time using the link in any newsletter or by contacting us. To make any request, use our Contact page.
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our record keeping obligations, then we remove them.
We may update this policy as the site develops. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. For questions about privacy, please reach us through the Contact page.
